Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Taylor Zito Art LLC, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your options regarding order cancellations.

Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at inquiries@taylorzito.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Custom, Personalized, and Limited Edition Orders:
    Due to the unique nature of these products, cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed. All sales are final on custom, personalized, and limited edition or signed artwork.

  • Shipped Orders:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases (if applicable)

If we offer any subscription-based products or recurring purchase options in the future:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting us at inquiries@taylorzito.com or through your account settings (if available).

  • Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following cycle.

Refunds on Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations for eligible orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Any shipping fees or processing fees incurred prior to cancellation may be non-refundable.
