Return and Refund Policy

At Taylor Zito Art LLC, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Limited edition or signed artwork.

  • Digital downloads or electronic items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Process:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing us at inquiries@taylorzito.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, email inquiries@taylorzito.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

We fully insure all orders for their full value through UPS or USPS. If your item is damaged or missing, we will file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is processed and approved, we will either issue a refund (if preferred) or send a replacement, if available.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or if there was an error with your order.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
